      • Pipelines: Restructuring internal CI/CD to go beyond GitHub Actions, unifying process with Jenkins and managing cloud resources with Terraform.
      • Monitoring: overseeing full DataDog instrumentation on datacenters and cloud servers, using extensive DataDog features such as APM, DBM, Code Security, Log management, Synthetic Monitoring, Cost and Budget tracking.

      • Redrawing the IT design principles towards a Service-oriented Architecture, where many tech/infra/code responsabilities are currently dealt with in each software, but this is brittle design, interfering with deploys, durable execution, testing, resilience. Product needs are being refactored from siloed code into highly available internal services that abstract delivery, responsabilities and edge cases.
      • New Architecture Plan for 2026: company agreed to my proposed changes in Product Architecture, one removing concerns about digital infra from each Product’s code. An internal JIRA analysis demonstrated only 30% of time is spent on tasks regarding actual features and Product needs – consequence of legacy codebase which is not ideal under current constraints. This new proposal is based on a directive to strive for resilience and robustness, accepting margins of latency and trading off high scaling. The new macro steps became unified API management – ingress layers – current products, slimmed in request scope but without refactoring – delivery layer.

      • Real State Credit API: AWS API Gateway with Lambda Security Layer, multi-region with Route 53 latency based routing. Fargate Containers executed incoming work, distributed by a RabbitMQ layer of priority work queues.API worked in sync with CRM funnel so Sales teams could analyse pipeline performance and act proactively in high profile cases – our conversion rate was 4x higher than industry average.
      • Designed a built-in NodeJS layer who would closely mimic underlying partner schemes, so as to provide <150ms simulation responses without the need of slow, underlying API requests. Completely automated deployment at stage & production environments, managed with Terraform Cloud and Bitbucket Pipelines.
      • Assert Portfolio Analysis Data Pipeline: Airflow managed data pipeline, consisting of S3 data lake, Python scripts validating and transforming data, and PostgreSQL data warehouse, used by PowerBI analysts. Analysis is done over US$ 500 M portfolio monthly, customers use an internal React-based dashboard with a NodeJS backend.
      • IT Methodology Development and Implementation Project: structured teams and trained staff, established predictable sprint processes and long-term architectural goals, fulfilling SLA requirements including uptime, Time to First Response (TTFR), and Time to Resolution (TTR). Used both JIRA and Azure Devops for task management.
      • Data Loss Prevention Strategy: met parent company compliance standards using logical separation of confidential information, data loss prevention and GDPR (LGPD) practices. Used Datadog APM & alerts with every system host, Kaspersky Cloud Endpoint Security to cover Office 365 and Sharepoint, Safetica Protection to cover workstations, ingestion from Azure data & CloudTrail logs analyzed by Azure Sentinel (SIEM).

      • Development of Mobile Products for Critical Software: delivered mission-critical software projects to every client, maintaining adherence to deadlines and budget.
      • Creation of Serverless Development Model: transformed mobile projects into full-stack versions, increasing total hours by no more than 20%, while maintaining the company’s competitiveness compared to other client vendors.
      • Employee Training Model: Implemented a delegation strategy based on complexity and speed, developing three leaders from interns and junior staff (they were awarded with equity).
      • Oracle Migration to AWS: airliner was an entrenched Oracle customer, who needed a high-volume, mission critical booking API away from unreliable and costly Java architecture. Designed a compatible REST API with JSON served by AWS Lambda with DynamoDB for caching; improved both transaction latency and bandwidth costs, while keeping the Oracle-based ticket purchasing flow only for customers who were already much closer to final sale.       • Custom CMS: a custom CMS for marketing campaigns for the same publicly-traded airliner – this CMS improved sales across the board by enabling faster campaign rotations, drawing users in more quickly and allowing the client to change campaigns more frequently. It was a React Native solution for their mobile app, where user would consume JSON objects created by third-party agencies using our custom WYSYWYG web builder, in which banners & detail pages would be stored as JSON (like a Headless CMS) and maintained with a Git-like delta algorithm.
